Visit Spruce Street Harbor Park this Summer

This seasonal park offers visitors the chance to lounge on colorful hammocks, enjoy Philly-inspired eats on floating barges, cool off with craft brews in the beer garden, and play arcade games along its waterfront boardwalk.

Wawa Welcome America Festival for July 4th

No one does the Fourth like those who did it first. Wawa Welcome America is Philadelphia’s premier July 4th festival, the largest July 4th celebration in America, and one of the largest free festivals in the country.

Did you know that Cornerstone B&B is only a 10 minute walk to this incredible 4th of July concert? The 16-day celebration ends on the Fourth of July with a massive free concertfeaturing Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter NE-YO, pop superstar Kesha, and Philadelphia favorites DJ Diamond Kuts and SNACKTIME, on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

The two-plus-week party goes out with a bang during a stunning fireworks display over the Philadelphia Museum of Art (you’ll have a great view of the fireworks from Drexel Park- only 1 block from Cornerstone B&B!)

Wawa Welcome America offers residents and visitors alike sixteen days of free, family-friendly programming across the city, with a focus on arts, culture, diversity, education, wellness, history, and performance.
