Operating Hours:

• 7:30 am to 7:00 pm M-F
• 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Sat-Sun

Check In & Out

• CHECK-IN is from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am.
  If you need to arrive after 7:00 pm, you must call ahead to make arrangements.
• We are not always able to be at home, so if you believe you will be arriving before check-in time, please give us a call to arrange. We are happy to store your bags for you, please let us know in advance if you will be early.

Breakfast

• At this time, breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am- 10:30 am.
• Please note any dietary restrictions and allergies prior to arrival. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs, but we need advance notice to be sure we purchase and prepare accordingly.

Parking

• Secure parking in our private driveway is available for $15 a day with advanced reservations. Please email us to reserve a spot.
• Free on-street parking is available on Baring St. from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am weekdays.
• Free on-street parking is available on weekends on all streets with no restrictions.
• Where should I park on the street? Cornerstone faces Baring St, but you can also find free, unregulated parking on 33rd St (between Powelton Ave & Baring St) OR on Pearl St. These two locations are always free & unregulated parking.

Changes & Cancellations:

• If you must cancel or shorten your stay, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelling within 7 days, the full amount will be taken. A $45 re-booking fee applies to all cancellations. Please note there are no exceptions for inclement weather or Covid/illness. For large bookings (multiple rooms or extended stays) the deposit in full is non-refundable. Drexel graduation weekend (June 10-14, 2026) and UPenn & Haverford graduation weekend (May 14-18, 2026) deposits are non-refundable.
• If you fail to cancel or shorten your reservation within the time listed above to your check-in date you will be charged the full amount of the reservation including tax.
• The greater of 1 day or 1/2 the total reservation will be charged at the time of your reservation. Any remaining balances will be charged on the day of check in.

Children & Pets:

• Children 11 years and older are welcome with an accompanying adult.
• Please no children 10 years and younger.
• Pets are not allowed.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 14 nights or more are possible during certain months. Special rates are given for long-term stays. Please call us to arrange.

Occupancy:
All room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $30 a night fee for additional guests. The Franklin and Furness rooms can ONLY accommodate up to 2 guests.

Auto-Collect:
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

Credit Card Security:
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

Smoking & Open Flames:
No smoking or lit candles are permitted in the rooms/suites.
