What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
We recommend reviewing our policies before booking your stay at Cornerstone:
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full
- A $45 rebooking fee applies to all cancellations
- No exceptions for weather, illness, or travel delays
- For large bookings or extended stays, deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits for special dates are fully non-refundable:
- Drexel Graduation (June 10–14, 2026)
- UPenn & Haverford Graduation (May 14–18, 2026)
What time is check-in & check-out?
Guests typically arrive in the afternoon with Check-in from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. If travel plans fall outside standard times, or if you need to arrive after 7:00 pm, you must call ahead to make arrangements.
