Rates

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We only accept Gift Certificates issued by Cornerstone.
• All rates are quoted as double occupancy. Maximum occupancy for the Furness, Franklin and Fairmount is 2 guests, the Basilica is 3 guests, and the University and Continental Suites are 4 guests. There is a $65 charge per person for the 3rd and 4th guests in suites and the 3rd guest in the Basilica.
• You may make reservations on-line or call us. We do not make reservations using e-mail. One half of your reservation amount or one night (which ever is greater) is charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation.
• September through December and special events require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
• Check-IN is from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM. EARLY check-IN is available by request at the time of reservation. Your room/suite will be guaranteed ready by 1:30 PM. A $50 Charge plus Tax will apply to your credit card at the time of reservation. There are no refunds for early check-IN requests regardless of the time you arrive. This fee covers extra hours for our housekeeping staff. There is a $12.50 charge per bag plus tax for early arrival luggage storage.
• We cannot accommodate a LATE check-IN. If you need to arrive after 10:00 PM, you may wish to stay at a facility with a 24 hour staff. To accommodate guests who plan to arrive during our regular check-IN but have travel changes, we will charge you $25 per hour or partial hour after 10:00 PM until the time you arrive.
• Check-OUT time is 11:00 AM and we have no flexibility. However, you may store your luggage on the day of check-out without charge until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, there is a $25 per bag plus tax storage charge.
• If you must CANCEL or SHORTEN your stay, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $35 rebooking fee applies to all cancellations. If you fail to cancel, or cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged for the entire reservation including Tax.

Services

• During the week, breakfast is served from 7:15 to 8:30 AM, and on weekends, breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. At check-IN you may request a breakfast-in-a-bag to go. If you wish to have a non-guest join you for breakfast, there is an additional charge of $22.50 plus tax.
• We offer complimentary secure wireless high speed internet access (WIFI) for your laptop computer.
• There are guest refrigerators for your use located throughout Cornerstone.

Inn Policies

• Our insurance will not allow children under 16. Young adults 16 and over are warmly welcomed in their parents' room or suite. Young adults must share a room/suite with a parent.
• Our insurance will not allow pets.
• We are a NON-SMOKING inn. However, smoking is permitted outside on the wrap around porch and in the gardens.
• Local outgoing phone calls are no charge. A calling card is required for long distance calls.
• Please read and abide by all PARKING signs. Philadelphia has an excellent public transportation system and Cornerstone is ideally located for you to use all forms of public transportation including Amtrak, buses, trolleys and subways.
